Buyers are discerning nowadays and everyone wants a home that has that special something we see on HGTV. All of those beautiful interiors have one thing in common: a trained eye shaping and molding the process.
Most buyers shop online for their new home. If your photos aren’t showing your home’s best features, like that stunning fireplace or gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, your home won’t get a second look…if it even makes it through the first. The right furniture placement, cohesive colors and key accessories will guide those buyers right through your front door.
With the Staging Consultation Package you will have a Lead Designer at your home, walking the property, taking photographs and notes on essential recommendations for your home. They will discuss ways you can increase curb appeal, proper placement of furniture and give you actionable steps to make your house more appealing to potential house buyers.
Because we KNOW that the right color placement is essential to selling a home, every Staging Consultation Package comes with a custom Interiors Color Consultation as part of your purchase. Color can make or break the way your house looks and can mean the difference between multiple offers and a bidding war for your home, or people thinking your space looks dated or just isn't for them.
Staging consultations are billed for 2 hours (one hour in home and one getting report put together) and are priced at $1000 for the visit and report. This option is for consultation and report only, work to be completed by homeowner.
When our time is up you'll have a Color Specification Sheet (if needed) and Staging Report so you can implement the changes your designer recommended to get the house ready for showings.
If you need additional help with picking out flooring or other finishes to update your home before it gets listed, you can purchase individual designer blocks of time for coordinating tile, carpet, counters and more. We are here to help you!
